Craft by Smoke & Fire is a modern bbq joint in the heart of downtown Anaheim! There is street parking all around or garage parking as well. Our party had a reservation at 6:30 and were seated right away! We opted for the all American family platter which serves about 6-10 people! This platter comes with a plethora of meats along with 6 sides of your choice. Everything we had was delicious and hit the spot! Overall, we enjoyed our experience and the ambiance of the restaurant. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Special shoutout to our server Alexander who really took care of us!

Friends and I celebrated her birthday. The server, Alex, and manager, Chris, made it extra special. We had some free shots and complementary dessert. The food was great and the vibes were super fun too. I had the brisket nachos and the mashed potatoes. Other friends had the brisket Mac and cheese, the brisket tacos with Mac and cheese, and brisket sandwich. Everyone loved their meals. The manager and server made sure to come by and check on us throughout the night. Thank you so much!

It was our first tome trying Craft because we were gonna go to Okayama Bakery and wanted to grab lunch some place close. We normally don't eat bbq because the meats are usually slathered in sauce but not here. My gf got the 1/2 lb of brisket and I got the short rib. Both were extremely tender but I definitely liked the brisket more. Both came with a side of bbq sauce, pickles, and cornbread. The cornbread was really moist! A bit of a surprise. We also got the garlic herb mashed potatoes and the Winter Lodge salad that had strawberries, candied pecans, pomegranate, cucumber, and feta with a vinaigrette. Anthony was our server and was super nice. It was a bit busy so he gave us some complimentary shots for waiting. Definitely would recommend if you like truly smoked meats not covered in sauce and for a reasonable price.

The ambiance is wonderful. The drinks are strong and tasty!! Our server, Alex, was amazing!! Great suggestions, friendly demeanor and beautiful smile! We had the brisket tacos and a brisket sandwich. On point!! Will be back.
